WHAT IS SLIDING SCALE?
Everything on our webshop is priced on a sliding scale. Just choose the price that is comfortable for you. Our goal is to make each item as accessible as possible, to folks from all different backgrounds. Those who are able to pay more make it possible for others with fewer resources to pay less.
DOES UMESHISO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Umeshiso ships only to US & Canada, but our stockists ship everywhere. Our stockist list is here along with the countries they ship to and direct links.

Delivery & Policies

We apologize, but this specific item is not available outside of US/Canada. However, our spoons are all available internationally through our stockists. Our spoon stockists are here.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Canadian buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Umeshiso is not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Just contact us within 3 days of delivery and send items back to us within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
CANCELLATIONS
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
